These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Questeria mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Questeria is intended for users of all ages. Children may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each user may be subject to quest participation, reward, and eligibility limitations. Creating or using additional accounts to circumvent such limitations or obtain rewards more than once is prohibited.

You may request deactivation of your Questeria account directly through the App.
To request deactivation, go to:
Profile → Settings → Support
and submit a support request asking for your account to be deactivated. The request can be initiated entirely within the App and does not require you to visit a website or contact customer service outside the App.
When an account is deactivated:
Deactivation does not reset quest participation, reward eligibility, or other limitations associated with previous activity. Creating a new account after deactivation does not entitle a user to repeat quests or claim rewards that have already been claimed or that are otherwise limited.
We may take reasonable measures to identify and prevent attempts to circumvent these limitations, including attempts to use multiple accounts.
The purpose of retaining relevant anonymized or non-personal information after deactivation is to protect the integrity of the Questeria service and prevent fraudulent or abusive use.
All content, trademarks, graphics, and gameplay elements are owned by Questeria or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated, including attempts to circumvent quest or reward limitations.
A user may request account deactivation at any time through Profile → Settings → Support.
Upon deactivation, the account will no longer be available for normal use and associated personal information will be anonymized where reasonably possible, subject to information that may need to be retained for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questeria shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
